Return & Refund Policy

At Timeless, we take great pride in the quality and authenticity of every product we sell. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a transaction with Timeless — whether through our website, TikTok Shop, or live auction — you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Timeless are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any of the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size selected at time of purchase
  • Item does not match personal style or preference
  • Found a lower price elsewhere after purchase
  • Delayed shipping due to carrier or circumstances outside our control


Live Auction Sales

All items sold during our TikTok, Whatnot, or any other live auction event are sold as-is and are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable. By placing a bid or purchasing during a live event, you agree to the following:

  • All auction sales are final at the close of bidding
  • No cancellations will be accepted once a bid is won
  • Payment is required within 24 hours of winning a bid
  • Failure to pay may result in removal from future live events


Damaged or Incorrect Items

While all sales are final, we stand behind our products. If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or is materially different from what was described or shown, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for review, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date
  • Provide your order number and proof of purchase
  • Submit clear photos of the item and the original packaging
  • Have not worn, used, or altered the item in any way

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for review. Timeless reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.

Return Shipping

Who is responsible for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:

  • Our mistake (wrong item sent, item damaged due to our error) — Timeless will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
  • All other authorized returns — The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

In the rare event that a return is authorized by Timeless, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Timeless is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed and payment has been processed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
