Live show questions
How does shipping work for live wins?
Single item over $100: free. Single item under $100: standard rate for your location. Multiple items won in the same live session ship together, and the per-item cost drops the more you win.
Are live auction sales final?
Yes. Everything sold during a live event is sold as-is and is final. If an item arrives damaged in transit or materially different from what was shown, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Can I bundle items from different shows?
Bundled shipping applies to items won in the same live session.
Where else can I shop live?
We also go live on Whatnot, where your second shoe in a session ships free.
