At Timeless, we work hard to get your order packed and out the door as fast as possible. Please review the shipping policies below for each of our sales channels. Shipping rates and methods may vary depending on where you purchase.

Processing Time

All orders across every channel follow the same processing schedule:

  • Orders are packed the next business day after purchase
  • Orders ship within 2 business days of purchase
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day

Shipping for all orders placed on our website is calculated at checkout based on your location and order total:

TikTok Shop Orders

Orders placed through TikTok Shop use TikTok Shipping, which automatically calculates your shipping cost based on your location at the time of purchase.

  • Shipping is calculated automatically by TikTok based on your delivery address
  • You will see your exact shipping cost before completing your purchase
  • Timeless does not set or control TikTok shipping rates
  • Tracking is provided through TikTok Shop once your order ships

Bundle shipping works as follows:

  • 1 item — standard shipping rate based on your location
  • 2 or more items — shipping cost is split and reduced across all items
  • The more items in your bundle, the cheaper shipping becomes per item
  • Items must be won in the same live session to qualify for bundled shipping
  • Bundled shipments are packed together and ship as one order


Whatnot Orders (@timelessxi)

Whatnot has its own shipping deal exclusively for our Timeless community. Here is how it works:

  • Pay shipping on your first shoe and your second shoe ships for free
  • Both shoes are packed and shipped together as one order
  • This deal applies per Whatnot session
  • Shipping rate on the first shoe is based on your delivery location


Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, Timeless ships to United States addresses only. We do not offer international shipping. All orders must have a valid US delivery address at checkout. We hope to expand shipping options in the future.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, Timeless is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the carrier. However, we will always do our best to help. If your package appears lost or delayed:

  • Check your tracking number for the latest update from the carrier
  • Allow 2 additional business days beyond the estimated delivery date before contacting us
  • Email us at timelessxillc@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information
  • We will work with the carrier on your behalf to locate your package
